Govindacharya demanding 7% direct budget to Gram Panchayat

Govindacharya had around 2 years ago demanded that 7% of the Union budget must be given directly to the Village Panchayats. The demand still stands unanswered from the government. To exert public pressure on the government, we have to support the mass-movement going to take place in Delhi and have also to organise similar protests and awareness programmes at local level.
